Born in Dayton, Ohio but raised in the vast, wild, rugged wilderness of Tok, Alaska, Robby lived a life full of adventure and excitement. However, a drastic shift in his life occurred when he was 24. He was involved in an ATV accident that left him paralyzed from the neck down. Robby is a unique individual who has a deep love for music. He has formed a band with a close friend whom he met during his physical therapy sessions, called The Cripple Creek Band. Despite his physical limitations, Robby has a lot of fun writing and singing parodies about his crazy, Alaskan, cripple life. He has a weak diaphragm but is one of the rare 2% of people with a spinal cord injury at the C2 level who can breathe on their own. Robby hopes his music will bring laughter and joy to others, while raising awareness about spinal cord injuries. Through his music, he hopes to inspire people to never lose hope in their aspirations and to keep fighting for what they love. Robby's passion for music and his positive outlook on life makes him a role model for people of all ages and abilities.
